Create an environment where both staff and customers can flourish. We are here to help our patients achieve their health goals and to make that experience a positive one. We see ourselves as being part of a multidisciplinary team and  endeavour to be a strong link between our patients and other members of the team, to make all interactions smooth and efficient. We strive to remove all barriers that stand between our patients and their health outcomes, whether they are material or psychological. We want to learn from our experiences and grow in order to serve others even better the next time.

How do we achieve all of this?

Using the wealth of research into positive psychology as a foundation for our business culture, we have implemented a number of measures to form a unique and flourishing pharmacy. We routinely use a number of positive interventions, both with customers and fellow team members alike. These include humour, curiosity, gratitude, compassion, generosity, re-framing, positive communication and enhancing our sense of meaning and purpose at work.
